Marketing & Promotions Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotions, and fundraising. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and support event planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote fundraising events. Coordinate promotional activities, including distributing marketing materials, managing social media channels, and engaging with potential attendees. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital and print marketing materials. Assist in event planning and logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site support during events. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for event growth and improvement. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred. Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or event planning is a plus but not required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
