Position Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to lead and coordinate our marketing operations, drive the completion of marketing & brand projects, manage vendor relationships, and provide brand leadership across all of our customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple vendors, project management, email marketing, and social media platforms. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a knack for collaboration, and a passion for driving results.
Reports To: Chief Operations Officer
Location: Hybrid - You will have the opportunity to work from home and our office at TitletownTech in Green Bay, WI.
Responsibilities: Vendor Management: - Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with various marketing vendors, including agencies, freelancers, and technology providers.
- Set clear expectations, negotiate contracts, and ensure that vendors deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Align vendor deliverables with the needs of the organization, including resourcing and internal/external communication.
- Continuously evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for optimization or changes as needed.
Email Marketing: - Execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.
- Oversee the planning, creation, and deployment of email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Monitor key email metrics, conduct A/B testing, and implement best practices to optimize performance and deliverability.
Social Media Management: - Lead the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create compelling content calendars, manage content creation and publishing schedules, and monitor social media channels for engagement and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting: - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing operations, email marketing, and social media efforts.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing, creativity, and innovation across departments.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations
- Strong background in project management, in particular for organizing and implementing projects, coordinating resource needs and milestones, and maintaining a schedule for stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple vendors, driving email marketing campaigns, and implementing social media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, external vendors, and senior leadership. Demonstrate exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- High Emotional Intelligence: Possess a strong understanding of emotions and the ability to effectively navigate interactions with others.
- Constructive Feedback: Offer and receive kind, respectful, and constructive feedback to promote growth and development.
- Self-Starter: Exhibit excellent task management skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Software Experience: Familiarity with Hubspot and Google Workspace is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits: The compensation package includes a base salary, commission, stock options, and a discretionary bonuses. Fork Farms offers health, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401k program, and unlimited PTO.
