About the position In this role, you will support growth marketing initiatives and strategies across the ArchKey Solutions platform by leading day-to-day marketing activities, inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns, brand awareness, and engaging in the content development, execution, and analysis of marketing strategies. This position reports to the Vice President of Business Development and works collaboratively in a matrixed environment with key leaders to attract and close MQL and SQL opportunities across diverse market segments.
Day in the life Work alongside the Business Development team to lead paid, earned, and organic inbound and outbound growth marketing including, but not limited to campaigns, sponsorships, tradeshows, advertising opportunities, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, corporate website, case studies, and white papers with the goal of acquiring marketing and sales qualified leads. Develop and manage campaign budgets, performance, key milestones, and KPIs for success providing regular communication and continuous improvement recommendations to Marketing Director and key stakeholders. Work with Business Development to create engaging content for advertisements, case studies, infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral that attracts target audiences by addressing customer challenges and promoting ArchKey Solutions' value proposition and positioning to solve them. Develop regular web and digital content that drives engagement and ensures web updates are consistently performed Lead social media and content calendars by managing the production of shareable content such as blog articles, social media posts, infographics, gated content, etc. Monitors online and social media trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement Conduct market research to prospective audiences and collaborate with Business Development teams in refining and growing persona and market insights Manage project outsource requests for photography, videography, and other freelance needs by establishing and managing the budget, the scope of work, and critical milestones for delivery Maintain ArchKey Solutions' brand, visual, and digital identity consistently across all key areas and materials Utilize LEAN concepts and other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure efficient operations, processes, and activities Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field 5-7 years of related B2B marketing or advertising experience preferably with the construction or similar industry Demonstrated experience leading successful campaigns for services Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including, but not limited to, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign Experience managing social media platforms Familiar with analytical tools such as Google Analytics Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand and articulate customer challenges and ArchKey's value proposition in an engaging way Strong business acumen and experience collaborating with senior leaders Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills Extensive experience with project management Demonstrated ability to diagnose complete problems with strategic critical thinking skills and detail orientation Excellent presentation, negotiation, influencing, collaboration, and conflict management skills Possess a high level of problem-solving, independence, integrity, judgment, and dependability Travel Occasional travel required
