? Manage lead generation for the company's portfolio e-commerce websites
? Responsible for the revenue for our Shopify stores and DTC business
? Work with remote team for SEOs and front end optimization
? Optimize efficiency and effectiveness of marketing channels
? Project plan the go-to-market strategy for new product launch
? Overwatch the ads content creation, copywriting and increase organic traffics
? Increase the ROI for KOLs, user community royalty and affiliates program
? Manage the marketing team for daily tasks and track their finish status
? Communicate with cross functional team in China
? Develop and manage the company's brand
? Communicate with cross functional team in China
? Explore new marketing tactics and measure effectiveness

Requirements ? Bachelor's Degree or Higher (preferred) in Marketing, or Business
? 3 to 8 years of marketing experience
? At least 1 to 2 years of management experience
? Experience with digital and online marketing
? Mandarin speaking- REQUIRED ? Must have strong analytical abilities
? SEO and E-Commerce experience is a strong plus
? Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn for a business or organization
? Strong writing skills, both written and verbal
? Strong attention to detail
