Job summary
Corenic Construction Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to expand their marketing department and support internal and external marketing efforts.The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, business development, social media, and proposal processes.This position is an integral part of the Marketing Department and will work closely with the President and marketing/administration team.

Responsibilities
• Assist with internal marketing and communications initiatives.• Support fundraising activities and maintain President's donor contact information.• Design and create marketing materials.• Support marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.• Coordinate marketing and community events.• Manage product, event, or content email marketing campaigns.• Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs.• Research audience preferences and current trends.• Create engaging text, image, and video content.• Edit and format company resumes.• Manage and follow up on marketing and communications efforts externally.• Lead external marketing and communications initiatives.• Support President's business development efforts.• Provide external support at industry events.• Manage relationships with external vendors.• Facilitate online conversations with customers.• Lead and direct social media marketing activities.• Create and edit copy for various marketing channels.• Measure web traffic and monitor SEO.• Stay up to date with changes in social platforms.• Report on online reviews and feedback.• Develop an optimal posting schedule.• Oversee social media accounts' layout.• Assist with coordinating content for RFPs, IFBs, and RFQs.• Organize and coordinate job pictures.• Review proposals prior to submission.• Plan and coordinate bid submission process.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.• 3-5 years' experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Excellent written and oral communication skills.• Strong editing skills with attention to detail.• Excellent interpersonal skills.• Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.• Works well independently and in teams.• Skilled in Microsoft Office and employee engagement tools.• Prior experience with marketing, social media, and website platforms.• Knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.• Experience planning and leading corporate initiatives.• Experience or familiarity with international development desired.
