Dani Dental Studio is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Manager & Graphic Designer to join our team and elevate our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
* Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our dental laboratory services and products.
* Identify target markets and develop tailored marketing campaigns to reach potential clients effectively.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
Brand Management:
* Manage and maintain the company's brand identity across all marketing materials and communications.
* Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency in messaging, design, and tone.
* Monitor brand perception and implement strategies to enhance brand reputation.
Content Creation:
* Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and print materials.
* Develop compelling copywriting for promotional materials, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
* Coordinate with the production team to showcase our products and services effectively.
Graphic Design:
* Design visually appealing graphics, including logos, brochures, catalogs, and digital ads.
* Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the quality and professionalism of our dental laboratory.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and innovative design solutions.
Digital Marketing:
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and search engines.
* Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
* Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies for improved performance.
Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
* Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth and product development.
* Generate reports and insights to guide marketing and sales strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
* Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results to stakeholders and team members.
* Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing department.
* Client retention & marketing calls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management and graphic design, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for design and marketing innovation.
- Experience with dental industry marketing is a plus but not necessary
