Who is the SEO Intern? The SEO Intern works closely with our small SEO team, providing direct support on a number of key tasks to enhance the online visibility of our clients. This is an opportunity to gain tangible skills and experience while working side-by-side with a close-knit and collaborative team of experts.
Typical responsibilities may include:
Assist in crafting compelling metadescriptions to improve click-through rates and enhance search engine visibility. Optimize technical site health by writing page titles, compressing images, and implementing other on-page SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization. Collaborate with the team to develop and execute SEO strategies and provide support in tracking and analyzing website metrics. What do You Need? Bachelor's degree (or degree in progress) in Marketing or related field. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes and instructions. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Please note: our team has flexibility in internship term and hours, and this can be decided in collaboration with candidate preference.
Where is This Role? Leap Group has a footprint in the Midwest, with offices in Louisville, KY, Cincinnati, OH, and Indianapolis, IN. Candidates for the SEO Internship should be located in or near our Louisville office location.
