This role will partner across the Launch Team to understand the drivers of launch strategy and execution.Create an internal Elinzanetant communication plan including an Employee Sounding Board to drive awareness and share of voice;Support digital marketing strategy creation and execution;Develop HCP/Patient channel strategies and media recommendations;Leverage market research to hone market segments and creative campaign options;Partner with external agencies to track and evaluate effectiveness of non-branded promotion campaigns;Assessing competitors' strengths, weaknesses, strategies and plans to recommend options to compete more effectively;Evaluating technologies/web based initiatives to increase marketing and sales messages to customers;Defining internal processes, identify best practices, pain points and opportunities for improvement, as well as, executing projects to disseminate best practices and/or address pain points and opportunities for improvement.WHO YOU AREYour success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values.
