Job summary
The Marketing and Fundraising Specialist coordinates the execution of fundraisers and is responsible for agency marketing and social media presence.They assist the Director of Operations with complex projects and maximize the use of Microsoft Office Suite.The position is located in Kalamazoo, MI, with occasional travel to 10 counties.

Responsibilities
• Lead team member for all fundraising events, coordinating volunteers and ensuring successful coordination of all events.• Assist with other small fundraisers.• Create a comprehensive holiday fundraising campaign through mail, email, and social media.• Conduct marketing efforts via social media, website, and e-blasts.• Manage website content and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of print collateral.• Outreach to donors and stakeholders through social media and email.• Maintain all social media platforms.• Develop brand strategy and application for agency departments.• Design and manage social media posts and videos.• Assist in documenting administrative procedures and support the CEO on administrative needs.
Requirements
• Associate's degree in business or office administration or 2-4 years of project-based administrative experience.• Proven skills in office administration, event planning, fundraising, marketing, and project management.• Strong organization and time management skills.• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.• Experience in project management and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional Suite.• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Valid driver's license and access to transportation.• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds, maintain confidentiality, and establish effective relationships.• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
