Position: Marketing and Estimating Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Salary Range: $22 - $25 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Estimating departmental activities, including permits, warranties, and qualification statements. Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires to gather important data. Utilize marketing analytics techniques to gather insights from social media, web analytics, and rankings. Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information. Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns, both traditional and digital. Additional Duties:

Requirements & Skills: 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or the food industry. Good understanding of marketing principles. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, marketing computer software (including Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce) and online applications. Positive work ethic and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
