The Mission & Your Role: With a team mission to make fun possible your role within that is to build and lead a marketing department (some might call an agency or in house shop) that can tell the story of that mission in a way that grows our brand and our business.
We need a marketing team that supports each of our division objectives (sports, events, media) while also building the company wide "Fray" brand and overall marketing and revenue initiatives.
You will report directly to the CEO and will be joining a team that punches above our weight and is making a meaningful impact to our communities through a positive mission. The company is growing quickly, named to INC 5000 fastest growing companies list every year since 2016.

Specific Outcomes & Responsibilities: Build an internal marketing process and system that governs the support of division deliverables by the marketing department. Establish a proactive marketing team that has forward planning to maintain positive moral and accomplishment of business objectives with sufficient bandwidth to support rapid response to strategic opportunities. Build a comprehensive marketing strategy and detailed plan that encompasses all company and division objectives along with the needed capabilities and resources, with a roadmap for onboarding such items. Work with the sports division to grow sports registration revenue 25% annually over each of the next 3 years. Work with the events division to establish and hit revenue growth objectives annually over each of the next 3 years. Work with the media division to establish growth goals and specific media promotion objectives. Develop company wide unique voice, tone, and brand positions. Use customer insights and data to drive engagement and revenue growth by managing community communications and strategies.
