Marketing Director

Looking for a full-time  Marketing Director  for a Skilled Nursing facility.
Requirements: Must have experience as Director of Marketing in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care. Must have contacts with Doctors and discharge planners in our surrounding areas. Ability to work knowledgeably with case managers, social workers, and physicians. Comfortable visiting hospitals with local physicians and can create long-lasting mutually beneficial partnerships. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)2-3 years of sales/marketing/admissions experience with an SNF, Long Term Care facility. Will help organize events, and social media coverage.  Responsibilities: Build a facility census mix based on the budgeted census with the appropriate ratio of Medicare, managed care, Medi-Cal, and private residents. Make daily contact with acute care case managers, social workers, discharge planners and physicians Assess potential patients in the local hospitals and answer their questions about the facility. Create a marketing plan, updated quarterly, with clear objectives based on the facility's unique strengths. BENEFITS: Available.  Equal Opportunity Employer
