About This Role The Marketing Director at MIRC will be responsible for championing the ecommerce experience for the MIRC brands and channels and enhancing the overall consumer journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer goods, e-commerce best practices and a track record of successfully building and leading ecommerce growth marketing, consumer acquisition and retention. You will play a pivotal role in aligning our ecommerce sales channels with our broader go-to-market efforts, encompassing brand, customer acquisition, and adoption/expansion goals.
This is a full-time on-site position in La Vergne, TN. Business hours are 7:30a to 4p.
Essential Functions Oversee the visual merchandising of products on the website, ensuring that product presentations are compelling and aligned with stock levels and marketing campaigns Drive vision and integrated channel strategies for growth marketing efforts across paid acquisition and other platforms including social media and traditional channels, with a focus on improving Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Create results and insights-driven marketing strategies that can be translated across direct-to-consumer, retail and owned social channels Continuously improve customer journey conversions, optimize the user experience, increase organic acquisition of new customers, and implement SEO best practices Identify barriers and opportunities to enhance the consumer journey and experience of the brand Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on best practices that consider consumer targets, seasonality, promotions, distribution and competitive dynamics Qualifications 7+ years of experience with brand management, performance marketing, ecommerce platforms, growth marketing, social media, paid media, and web merchandising Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and customer segmentation Knowledge of organic and paid user funnels, with experience with managing campaigns, acquisition and retention channels Hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision Creative thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail A passion for guitars and music What We Offer Holiday pay, Vacation time and Sick time benefits Health insurance coverage with employer contribution and pre-tax FSA options Access to supplemental insurance plans for additional coverage Retirement benefits with employer match By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
