Role: As the Marketing Director, you will lead and shape our culture and hospitality experiences within the restaurant and represent our brand outside of the restaurant through events and sales building efforts to include physical and digital/social media targets.
Expectations: Complete any One Click lists pertinent to your focus area of the business Create annual Marketing Plan to include catering as well as mobile channels and execute daily Create Slack Channels for the promotion of CARE events or celebrations and outings Be an ambassador for the brand and build relationships with local community members at all times Become proficient in The Studio for Marketing Materials. Budget and track marketing dollars (Stay below 4% of annual sales) Assist in fulfillment and execution of catering orders along with delivering orders when needed Attend regular Director meetings and communicate marketing plans/activities as well as goal updates Maintain Community Board with pictures of events or "Current Events at Chick-fil-A" Merchandising and POP display as per corporate direction Partners with team to ensure Real Food is being leveraged daily (sampling, whole product sampling, food distribution, lemonade product demonstration) Hold contests between the employees on register to ensure suggestive selling is taking place in Restaurant (execution/follow-thru upon completion) Oversee Family Marketing Activities alongside the Hospitality Lead(Family Nights, Spirit Nights, community events)/ Ensure funds get to organizations in a timely fashion Work with Hospitality Lead to ensure plan is executed that maintains high level of guest satisfaction in effort to reach CEM goals Use digital media such as Facebook/Instagram to tell the Chick-fil-A story along with employee's stories to create an emotional connection with customers. Promote usage of our Digital App and 3rd party delivery partners Implement school programs (fund-raising programs, third-party sales, spirit nights) Utilize Spotlight to engage the guest through offers and event invites Review of donation requests submitted via online form and in-person Provide budget and oversight for Culture Lead to CARE for our team via individual and store anniversaries/birthdays/holiday gift items/random acts of kindness Prepare Annual Awards and outing for team alongside the Culture Lead Review proposed periodic outings for team created by Culture Lead with budget/safety and team building in mind Maintain marketing assets from marketing closest to playground to shed to storage including COW costume and event resources Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
