We are seeking a rockstar Marketing Coordinator to join the Franchise Success Team at DivaDance HQ! In this role you will help further our mission of Inspiring Confidence and Building Community by helping our franchisees implement and properly execute their local and digital marketing strategies, promotions, and lead generation efforts while maintaining a consistent brand standard. Our ideal candidate has experience with Facebook/IG advertising platforms, Meta, TikTok, and extensive Canva experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage and implement marketing and communications components of franchise success and support initiatives
Develop and deploy monthly social media content schedules including content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for corporate-recommended posts to franchise markets
Create and optimize email/text campaigns, tagging, corporate pushed email, etc.; analyze key performance indicators to increase engagement and conversion
Manage and optimize strategy and implementation of paid local social media advertising for franchise markets
Support, create and approve franchise market graphic design needs
Support creation and design of monthly franchisee newsletter
Manage new market press/media releases and media lists; support press/media in existing franchise markets
Support new market launch social content schedule
Serve as a marketing and social media resource for franchise markets
Monitor franchise market socials, graphics, and apparel for Brand standards
Support Brand Manager on content needs and creation
Coordinate with Marketing Technology/Operations on website/blog updates and marketing automations
Support Franchise Success and Support team with KPI analysis, specifically Ad, Lead Gen, First Visit, data
The ideal candidate:
