Position Overview:
Are you passionate about marketing and seeking a flexible part-time opportunity to showcase your skills? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Growth team on a part-time basis, committing 20 hours per week. This role, which can be structured as either a 1099 contractor or a part-time employee, offers the chance to make a direct impact on our company's marketing efforts and collaborate with talented team members.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with our Marketing Manager to enhance our communication strategies and brand identity.
Manage and optimize marketing automation processes using HubSpot, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact for our campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine and enhance marketing strategies continually.
Assist in the design and development of key business materials, maintaining alignment with our brand identity.
Coordinate all aspects of our annual conference, including pre-event planning, on-site management, and post-event follow-up.
Oversee press releases and manage social media activities to maximize event exposure and engagement.
Collaborate on comprehensive content management, including newsletters, webinars, and podcast production.
Support website management by implementing updates and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Assist in executing marketing initiatives to promote organizational growth and enhance market presence.
Requirements:
Associate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools preferred.
Familiarity with website updating and design.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:
Available as a 1099 contractor or part-time employee, committing 20 hours per week.
Fully remote position, offering flexibility and convenience.
Preferred work hours scheduled between Monday and Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST, with flexibility negotiable.
