Marketing Coordinator As the Marketing Coordinator at MiaDonna, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to create and manage the annual marketing calendar, and coordinate marketing activities across digital, retail, social, email, and events. 

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination: Own the annual marketing content and campaign calendar. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales.  Coordinate and communicate campaigns and initiatives to/with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and consistency across all channels. Develop campaign and creative briefs; create timelines and assign deadlines; track deliverables; manage campaign budgets. Manages multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating the work of others to meet delivery, quality and cost objectives.  Content Creation and Management: Support the creation and management of marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy. Publish approved content to the website with the support of the Web Coordinator. Assist in the development of visual assets, such as graphics, images, and videos, to enhance marketing materials. Taking lead from the Sr. Brand Communications Manager, ensure that all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging. Lead the addition of products to the website with the support of the Web Coordinator. Coordinate content, visual assets, video, and SEO details. Review and moderate customer feedback and reviews across all platforms, reporting opportunities to rectify negative feedback and amplify positive feedback. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate website-optimized graphics and assets for digital marketing campaigns. Customer Loyalty: Assist in the coordination and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising campaigns, SEO optimization, and email marketing that promote customer loyalty. Develop and implement loyalty and rewards programs to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value (LTV). Event Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of virtual and in-person events, including new store openings, product launches, influencer luncheons, sales promotions, industry events, and more. Assist in logistics planning, vendor coordination, and promotional activities to ensure successful event execution. Market & Customer Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing decisions. Provides support to the sales and marketing teams by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, and new product information. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales, content, and advertising success/data over all channels. Work with the Marketing team to establish and maintain customer persona profiles, and ensure marketing initiatives align with targeted audiences. Create, implement and manage customer facing transactional net promoter score (tNPS) surveys to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Focus on both digital and in-store brand/customer experience.
