As a Marketing Coordinator in our Phoenix office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.
Here's why we need you: You will assist the Director of Business Development in tracking leads, developing team strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals and interview materials/presentations, and managing all the marketing information.
Expertise of our most successful Marketing Coordinators: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing professional services, preferably within the A/E/C industry Microsoft Office experience required. Experience with CRM software a plus. Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop software a plus. Effective skills to help you flourish: Strong spoken and written communications skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes. Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks. Effective working individually and within team environments.
