WHAT YOUR DAY MAY LOOK LIKE: Support the OAG Marketing Team with various reporting and administrative duties: Preparing Third Party Scorecards for distribution. Board Meeting Document packets. Website health checks and best practices. Inventory feed flowcharts and issue resolution. Vendor outreach/task tracking. Review desktop and mobile websites for anomalies (formatting, malfunctions, spelling, etc.) – inform management. Attend monthly website meetings, SEO meetings, and social media meetings – work with the team to implement directives. Manage Google Business listings, coordinate monthly posts, audit links, and phone numbers. Manage Comply-Auto and ADA Tools on websites, ensuring the tools are showing correctly on all websites. Manage OEM social media portals and send additional social media post ideas to outside marketing vendors. Maintain marketing supply inventory and place orders as necessary. Maintain a sales and services campaigns library, including creative and performance information. Follows Budget - Responsible for tracking and managing a pre-determined budget for all marketing projects. Assists with overall marketing department calendar planning, strategy, and strategic initiatives. WHAT WE WANT TO SEE: AA in marketing, communications, or similar fields. A bachelor's degree in marketing or communications is preferred. 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience (Automotive experience a plus). Knowledge of general marketing concepts knowledge and understanding. Experience with event planning and working with media and sponsorships. WHAT WILL HAVE YOU STAND OUT IN THE CROWD: Ability to handle a variety of duties in a fast-paced environment. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook). Graphics capabilities with a good creative eye. Flexible and able to learn quickly, particularly new technology. Excellent organizational skills, professional maturity, and diplomacy. Ability to recognize problems, strategize and problem-solve. Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you.
