JOB SUMMARY The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in planning and execution of the bank's marketing activities. Major areas of responsbility include project management, budgeting, compliance, and strategy support. This position is non-exempt.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the coordination of marketing materials and signage as needed. Assist in the coordination of digital and print advertising across all mediums. Update and maintain digial lobby signage. Manages the inventory of marketing and customer development materials. Coordinates the planning and delivery of the Bank's financial literacy programs. Coordinates event marketing to the Bank's branch offices. Maintain marketing records for examiners, which may include ads, signage, and othe rmarketing materials. Cooperates and assists in implementing the Bank's marketing strategy. Assists in the coordination and compliance of the Bank's media advertising, customer relations, and contribution activities including lobby displays, brochures and promotional items. Participates in competitor research related to products, services, messaging, branding and advertising mediums. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or techinical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in social media, email and marketing software. Experience with In-Design software preferred, but not required. JOB TYPE: Full-time
