As a Video Editing, Graphic Design, YouTube, and Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and growing my personal real estate brand in Knoxville. From creating captivating property videos to designing eye-catching marketing materials, your creativity will be the driving force behind our brand's success.
In addition to your creative talents, you'll also be responsible for managing our YouTube channel and implementing digital marketing strategies, including Google and meta ads, to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our online platforms.

Responsibilities
Craft engaging short-form videos to highlight our properties and attract potential buyers
Design visually appealing brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials
Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns and advertisements
Set up and manage our YouTube channel, including uploading and organizing video content
Develop strategies to promote our YouTube channel and increase engagement
Implement digital marketing campaigns, including Google and meta ads, to increase brand visibility and drive traffic
Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing, graphic design, YouTube optimization, and digital marketing

Qualifications
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Strong graphic design skills with experience using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
Familiarity with YouTube channel management and optimization techniques
Experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns, including Google and meta ads
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning content
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
