Responsibilities
• Coordinate and plan the company's content calendar, incorporating content from different positions within the department and seeking collaboration opportunities.• Plan and execute monthly email marketing campaigns to the customer base, including ideation, copywriting, layout, execution, and performance tracking.• Plan and execute bi-annual print newsletters for print subscribers.• Manage community and industry partnerships and sponsorships, facilitating communication between partners and stakeholders.• Create monthly reports for leadership, analyzing the department's initiatives, identifying areas of opportunity and weakness, and tracking growth across platforms.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field.• Experience in email marketing and tracking campaign results.• Exceptional communication skills.• Proficiency with MS Office products and popular social media platforms.• Experience in project management and creating complex content calendars.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines.• Must pass drug and background screens.
