Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our mortgage products and services. We are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and programs across various channels. Oversee the marketing budget for the assigned channel and ensure optimal allocation of resources. Source, negotiate, and manage advertising buys to maximize reach and impact. Design and implement a consistent brand strategy across all media platforms. Create compelling content for NRMLA web and magazine to engage and inform our audience. Plan and execute trade show participation, including registration, booth design, collateral creation, and logistics. Develop new marketing collateral and presentations to support the activities of our Account Executives. Manage email campaigns and other channel communications. Produce a quarterly newsletter to keep our stakeholders informed about company updates and industry trends. Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Coordinate the production and distribution of mailers, partner gifts, and holiday baskets. Draft and distribute press releases to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Plan and implement the rollout of proprietary programs aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Explore the potential development of Continuing Education (CE) classes for Financial Advisors to expand our reach and impact. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role. Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and projects. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms. Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
