To achieve these goals, we'll build on the assets, experience, capabilities, and relationships we've developed over 145 years to incubate and grow new business.As a Marketing Communications Innovation Lead, you will:Move seamlessly and with expertise at the intersection of paid and owned channels, analytics and insights, audience models and definitions, and brand advocacy campaigns.Serve as a champion for marketing innovation across our function, working across teams to help plan and implement strategies for first party data, adoption of AI, analytics and measurement, audience targeting and other projects.Define and execute on the Corp Comms roadmap to promote AI adoption and apply best practices to marketing communications.Lead internal and external teams to translate business needs into unique, creative and, impact-driven communications, campaigns and seamless, immersive experiences for a fast-paced B2B/B2G organization; help crystalize marketing goals by audience in our comms plans.Use data and emerging technology to deliver optimized messaging that increases brand awareness and advocacy, and achieves business goals.Design omni-channel marketing campaigns, engagement plans and advocacy comms to capitalize on untapped possibilities for corporate communications teams.Crystalize disparate data (1P and 3P) and insights to understand and recommend the most salient opportunities for the brand to develop powerful stories that drive action, create effective campaigns, and deliver a 360 view for audiences.RequirementsBachelor's degree10+ years of direct branded marketing and insights experienceInnovative thinker with expertise in brand advocacy and marketing communications Strong audience modeling and targeting capabilitiesUnderstanding of first party data and experiencing leveraging it to more effectively reach audiences across owned and paid channels—including personalization, audience modeling, etc.Experience using data and insights to accelerate business impact, brand positioning and public affairs initiatives.Knowledge of omni-channel strategy, audience attributes, measurement and analytics and the value of marketing channels in meeting business objectives.Exceptional ability to analyze business objectives, devise strategic solutions, be nimble and forge cross-functional partnerships while navigating a large, global and matrixed organization.Preferred QualificationsAgency management experienceProject management skillsKnowledge of the Salesforce, Marketo & Sitecore platformsKnowledge of the energy industryRelocation Options:Relocationmay beconsidered.International Considerations:Expatriate assignmentswill not beconsidered.Chevron regrets that it is unable to sponsor employment Visas or consider individuals on time-limited Visa status for this position.Flexible Working, Work-Life Balance, Hybrid SchedulesChevron offers a complete package and provides career development opportunities to all employees.
