Responsibilities
• Utilize product knowledge to upsell products and services as needed• Establish and maintain long-lasting business and client relationships• Identify, troubleshoot, and provide resolutions to client issues and concerns• Maintain open communication between clients, consumers, and team• Provide clients with an individualized purchasing experience and excellent customer service• Coordinate with marketing and sales team to promote products and process orders• Document client contact information and ensure purchase orders are correct• Collaborate with fellow Marketing & Communications Associates and other team members to meet marketing goals and sales targets
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related field preferred• People-oriented and passionate about building relationships• Charismatic and personable demeanor• Results-driven and self-motivated to improve interpersonal skills• Practices active listening and is empathetic to client concerns• Solution-oriented and takes initiative in resolving challenges
