Responsibilities
• Upsell products and services and assist in new client acquisitions• Establish and maintain long-lasting business and client relationships• Resolve client issues and concerns based on market research• Maintain open communication between clients, consumers, and the team• Provide individualized purchasing experiences and excellent customer service• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote products and process orders• Document client contact information and submit to Senior Client Relations Associates• Collaborate with team members to meet marketing goals and sales targets
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferred• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields preferred• People-oriented and passionate about building relationships• Charismatic and personable demeanor• Results-driven and self-motivated• Practices active listening and empathy• Solution-oriented and takes initiative• Excellent interpersonal skills
