About the Role
We're on the lookout for a seasoned Marketing Manager with a focus on maximizing ROI to join our energetic marketing team. As part of this role, you'll spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns tailored to acquiring and nurturing leads for our SaaS product.
Responsibilities
Craft and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives centered around lead generation, targeting our ideal customer profiles.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates across the buyer's journey.
Harness various marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and more, to drive lead acquisition.
Utilize HubSpot to construct and oversee lead nurturing workflows effectively.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) pertaining to lead generation and campaign efficacy.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.
About You
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience of 5+ years in B2B lead generation, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Additional Details
This role requires responding to customer communications within PST business hours, regardless of your timezone.
