About the opportunityWe are seeking a Marketing & Campaign Operations manager with a focus on campaign and performance operations and reporting to join our Growth & Performance Marketing team, focused on supporting company growth and marketing initiatives. The person in this role must be a self-starter who has a passion for operations, data, technology and analytics with very strong emphasis on b2b Marketing operations. Reporting to the Director Marketing Operations, they will help scale the operations of our Global Marketing & Sales organizations. This individual will have expertise in providing Marketing business stakeholders scalable solutions to support campaigns including post-campaign analysis that helps drive spend, campaign and marketing activities that drive real pipeline and revenue value to the business. What to expect? Manage campaign operations from setup through to post-campaign effectiveness reportingHelp drive optimizations to and oversee Marketo setup including the lead management, scoring, routing, and nurture processDevelop and drive campaign operations processes including "speed to lead" initiatives to ensure proper setup, flow, and follow up for campaigns and programs  Identify and create new campaign templates that could be used by our large global marketing teamMonitor and report on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the marketing automation platform and related applications.Actively identify and remove obstacles preventing our Marketing teams from trusting and using data effectively including partnership with our Salesforce Admins and Revenue Operations teams to ensure proper systems setup for Marketing reporting.Own demand performance reporting and insights to identify and evaluate opportunities to drive funnel conversionIterate with key stakeholders to improve and maintain dashboards and accurate pipeline measurement and sourcingDatabase management: govern lead list imports, database cleanliness and organization, field updates, deliverability, and regulationRegular analysis of Marketing funnel data broken down by Region, Territory, Campaign, Channel to help the Marketing team with key decisions on spend and types of campaigns will drive the most value.Manage the automation of data tracking for marketing sourced attribution to support Marketing's reporting (including data extraction, analysis, and recommendations)Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests for global marketing organization and identify opportunities for improved reportingSupport the installation and maintenance of marketing automation systemsCreate and maintain training and documentation on processes and system configurationEducate members of the sales and marketing organization on best practices and enforce SLAsPerform routine reconciliations between Marketing systems and Salesforce to ensure data alignmentCollaborate with the Sales Operations, Field Operations, Salesforce admins and BDR leadership to assure full cycle follow through across systems for Marketing Leads and MQLsWhat you need to be successfulYou have 4-6 years of experience working in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS companyYou have 4-6 years of experience with Marketing & Sales automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, and Leandata4-6 years experience b2b Marketing Data Analysis and Insights presentation You are an analytical thinker and proficient with Excel and Google SheetsAre able to pull insights from complex data sets and present these insights to Marketing business ownersYou are organized and able to work on both long-term projects and requests requiring a quick turnaroundYou are capable of turning large sets of data into actionable insightsYou love working cross functionally and globally to support the broader team's goalsYou're curious, insightful, and are a detail-oriented operator who can see the big pictureFulfill ad-hoc reporting requests and identify opportunities for improved reportingAdhere to data governance standards and perform regular data quality audits: upload, update and maintain Salesforce records, perform weekly data scrubsWhat's in it for you?Join an ambitious tech company reshaping the way people build digital experiencesFull-time employees receive Stock Options for the opportunity to share in the success of our companyComprehensive healthcare package covering 100% of monthly health premiums for employees  and 85% of costs for your dependents. Fertility and family building benefits, including a lifetime reimbursable wallet to support your growing family.We valueWork-Life balanceandYou Time!A generous amount of paid time off, including vacation days, sick days, compassion days for loss,  education days, and volunteer daysCompany paid parental leaveto care for and focus on your growing family Use your personal annual education budget to improve your skills and grow in your careerEnjoy a full range of virtual and in-person events, including workshops, guest speakers, and fun team activities, supporting learning and networking exchange beyond the usual work duties An annual wellbeing stipend to care for your physical, financial, or emotional healthA monthly communication stipend and phone hardware upgrade reimbursement.New hire office equipment stipend for hybrid or distributed employees. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.Colorado Salary Range: $102,000 - $108,500[This position is eligible for equity awards in accordance with the terms of Contentful's equity plans.]#LI-Hybrid #LI-KS1
