Job Summary


The Marketing Automation Manager is a digital marketing professional with the ability to develop and implement scalable processes for all different types of digital systems and programs. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and project management skills, be an excellent communicator, and work well in a dynamic, extremely fast-paced environment.


This position will maintain and shape the marketing communications, including marketing automation and email marketing, providing leadership of implementation and execution.


The Marketing Automation Manager interfaces with marketing teams - channel, campaign, operations, creative as well as cross-functional disciplines such as Sales, Finance, IT/MIS, Legal, and Supplier Services.


Reports directly to Manager, Digital Content and Production. Tasks and Responsibilities Build scalable ecosystem of industry-leading best practices and processes for multi-market activities, leveraging target account data, marketing automation and Customer Relationship Management tools. 360-degree view of the customer tactics span from webinars, events, paid media programs, inbound activity as well as outbound outreach, and lifecycle management including both advocacy and loyalty programs. Build automated Salesforce Pardot and Marketo campaigns, promotional programming and tracking, lead and content scoring, as well as optimizing the lead lifecycle as needed. Develop influence with cross-functional teams including: Sales, HR, Legal, Supplier Services, and IT/MIS to create comprehensive, integrated marketing programs and program structure. Create process documentation with a focus on optimization and continuous improvement, A/B tests and multi-variant testing Liaison in providing marketing support to Sales Ops where needed, particularly around Salesforce and other integrated technology components that support account and contact data. Collaborate in reporting and analysis of marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for automation/streamlining opportunities. Develop communication and training to ensure that the Marketing team understands the executed programs and the Marketing Automation environment. Collaborate with IT and Legal to ensure compliance for data privacy policies. Create and execute customer preference center to manage communication frequency and type, to reduce opt-outs. Own monthly content calendar, organized by medium type, by topic- create formalized internal review/workflow process that aligns with most frequently searched terms input, etc. Preferred Skills and Experience 4 years marketing system experience, with general knowledge around B2B demand generation and marketing technology 4+ years of Pardot and or Marketo experience, or similar Marketing Automation platform Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce or other similar CRM platform. Experience in Microsoft PowerBI, Access, and other reporting tools a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously, while communicating to keep key stakeholders informed and up-to-date Team player mentality; able to work with many different types of marketers and other functions across the Globe Attention to detail; experience in analyzing data for anomalies, QA-ing digital content, and ensuring lead flow is working correctly for tracking across various channels Ability to prioritize many incoming requests and manage competing priorities Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit Highly analytical, technically capable and adaptable Education - Preferred Bachelor's Degree Coding certification Salesforce Pardot Certification Physical Requirements: Ability to sit at a computer terminal for long periods of time. Ability to be physically in attendance at workstation during normal business hours designated for this position. Ability to travel at least 5% of the time, as needed. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Compensation:


Compensation Range: $60,000-$65,000


Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
