• Train new team members on company policies & procedures.• Maintain continuous training for team members as needed.• Roleplay customer service and sales procedures with team members.• Maintain a positive and productive culture among team members.• Encourage teamwork, positivity, and accountability among team members.• Hold regular team meetings, train on policies and procedures, and maintain morale.• Maintain accurate and timely records on team members, including disciplinary processes.
