Requirements

Work closely with the CMO and other marketing associates to help implement the annual marketing plan/strategy
Coordinate the production and inventory of marketing materials
Research and manage promotional products and printed materials for ongoing needs. Coordinate process from concept, design, production, and utilization. Manage all inventory.
Manage customer and prospects contact lists and help develop targeted segments
Put together and send out new customer kits
Assist in the planning of several internal company meetings a year, including coordinating travel logistics
Coordinate and manage components of customer initiatives and retention programs
Manage creation of internal materials and notifications
Manage employee travel
Manage and coordinate all activities related to the national and regional conferences, inclusive of managing related logistics and coordinating creative deliverables
Conduct desktop research on pharmaceutical industry in order to generate new leads and other business opportunities for the company
Other administrative responsibilities as needed
