Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting EnergeiaWorks and Renewables UnWind in various activities aimed at promoting our services and events while enhancing the company's brand and reputation. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in marketing and social media, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow within the field. Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Management:
Manage and update social media accounts to enhance brand visibility. Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages. Provide content for the company's social media accounts, newsletters and websites. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing materials. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies. Renewables UnWind Events:
Work with internal team to schedule and execute events Find and coordinate venues Work with event sponsors to promote event by providing digital assets and other support Monitor ticket sales and attendee lists Assist in the execution of marketing events via email and social media posts. Monitor campaign performance and provide reports to the marketing team. Collaboration:
Work closely with EnergeiaWorks management, external marketing consultant, clients and sponsors to ensure alignment in marketing efforts and delivery. Support senior team members in various marketing initiatives. Support the Operations Team with additional duties as needed. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to conduct oneself professionally both internally and externally. Proficiency in Google Apps Suite or other office technology software and basic knowledge of design tools. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment. Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization. Experience with social media management tools. HTML or other Coding Experience. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Benefits:
