Job Description:
MetLife is seeking a motivated and independent Marketing Assistant to join our team working from home in San Antonio, Texas. This is an entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various marketing activities to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and social media content- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns- Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and priorities
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively in a team environment- Presentation skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
