As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, driven, and possess strong analytical skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to drive brand awareness- Support the planning and execution of promotional events and activities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing objectives are met- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs to measure performance
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- Proven experience in a marketing role with a solid understanding of marketing principles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing tools and software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
