Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team at Hershey, a leading company in the confectionery industry. This is a remote work position based in Denver, Colorado. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and helping to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Responsibilities:- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends- Coordinate with external partners such as agencies and vendors- Assist in creating content for marketing materials, including social media posts, emails, and advertisements- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns- Support the Marketing team in various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field- 1 year of experience in a marketing role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Highly adaptable and motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment- Excellent cooperation skills and ability to work effectively in a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing tools- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms is a plus
