Marketing Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Marketing Assistant at Airgas, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team with a variety of tasks to help drive the company's marketing initiatives. This is a part-time remote work position based in Columbus, Ohio, US, with an Associate Level seniority and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the creation, development, and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns- Provide support in managing social media platforms, creating content, and engaging with followers- Help with market research, analyzing trends, and compiling reports- Coordinate marketing events, tradeshows, and webinars- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials are cohesive and aligned with brand guidelines- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:- Hardworking and driven individual with excellent organizational skills- Ability to make informed decisions and work well in a cooperative team environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design software tools- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
