Marketing Assistant

We're seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. As one of the leading full-service promotional marketing firms in the area, we specialize in event marketing for a diverse range of clients through targeted retail campaigns. With our recent expansion and the addition of several new divisions, we have an immediate opening that needs to be filled. Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness. Generate and submit ideas for experiential marketing programs aimed at elevating and expanding the company's brand presence. Communicate directly with clients to foster trusting and enduring relationships. Collaborate with brand ambassadors to devise innovative strategies for increasing exposure and promoting client products. Serve as a resource for senior marketing professionals, providing assistance with large projects as needed. Qualifications: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed are essential. Energetic and team-oriented mindset. Some college coursework or a bachelor's degree is preferred. Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges creatively. Self-motivated, punctual, and well-organized. Outstanding oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
