Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant at The Blue Agency, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the company's marketing strategies, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, organized, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging and informative marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
Event Support: Assist in the planning, organization, and promotion of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
SEO and SEM: Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve our online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.
Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze data from various marketing channels, creating reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Graphic Design: Create basic graphic designs for marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media, maintaining a positive and engaging online presence.
Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using social media platforms, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing. Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities. Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
