Job Description:
Emerson Electric is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:1. Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Emerson Electric products and services.2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital and print materials.4. Assist with tracking and analyzing marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.5. Support the marketing team in coordinating events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.6. Help with social media management and engagement to increase brand awareness.7. Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.8. Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Strong research and decision-making skills.6. Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
