Your Day Marketing assistant responsibilities may include the following: :

•s Write copy for marketing brochures, presentations, press releases, and other marketing materials
•s Write and post marketing content to the appropriate social media channels
•s Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
•sAssisting in preparing and distributing marketing materials
•sConducting market research and identifying marketing trends
•sUpdating and maintain marketing databases
•sMonitoring social media accounts
•sMaintaining contact lists
•sBooking travel arrangements
•sProviding general support to the marketing department as needed
•sActing as the point of contact for internal and external clients
You will need to have the following: :

•s Proven experience as a marketing assistant
•s Proven experience using social media for business
•s Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
•s Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
•s Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
