As a Marketing and Promotions Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our on-site marketing team in the development and execution of the company's marketing plan. This dynamic role offers opportunities to gain valuable experience in various aspects of marketing and promotions, contributing to the overall success of our campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Execute marketing plans and operational functions according to company standards.
Participate in product/service knowledge training sessions provided to on-site teams by management.
Implement product presentation directives to meet sales team standards.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding featured client products/services, providing excellent customer service.
Acquire knowledge of the marketing and branding strategy for all new clients, and develop customized marketing strategies accordingly.
Ensure the highest level of customer service, contributing to increased productivity and achievement of sales goals.
Familiarize yourself with marketing systems implemented during each promotional campaign.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing manager as needed.
