• Develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies• Create print and digital content in compliance with marketing plan• Assist with graphics and design layouts for promotional materials• Maintain website and provide related statistics and reports• Understand market trends and competitive landscape• Communicate with branch liaisons as directed• Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals• Analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns• Assist with other duties assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred• Previous professional experience in marketing, graphic design, and/or communications• Experience with creative software such as Canva and Adobe suite• Experience with email and website management systems• Knowledge of Drupal content management systems and HTML• Good interpersonal, public relations, and communications skills• Experience in SEO and SMO• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines• Understanding of brand guidelines
