As a Marketing and Communications Associate, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote our fundraising events and initiatives. Crafting compelling content for various channels, including social media, email, press releases, and promotional materials. Assisting in the planning and execution of fundraising events, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms. Engaging with the community and media to raise awareness about our events and causes. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Creating and managing content for social media, website, email campaigns, and other communication channels. Developing press releases and coordinating with media outlets to secure coverage for events. Assisting in organizing and promoting fundraising events, including logistical support and on-site coordination. Maintaining relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and partners through regular communication and updates. Monitoring social media and other communication channels to engage with the audience and respond to inquiries. Supporting the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional videos. Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and communication efforts, using data to inform future strategies. Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
