Marketing And Business Development Coordinator

Working directly with firm leadership, the Marketing & Business Development Coordinator will steward and organize the firm's business development efforts as well as marketing and communications. Responsibilities will include new client research, leads generation, proposal preparation, publication of digital media, as well as communications management related to press inquiries, events promotion and other public-facing activities. Work flow will always emphasize flexibility to address timely needs.
Specific tasks will include:
- Create, coordinate, and collaborate on all strategic job development and marketing tasks including: market research, leads generation, proposals and quals assembly, etc.
- Research and track opportunities/potential client information and business development activities.
- Manage and coordinate award submissions.
- Collaborate on social media planning and publishing.
- Help to maintain website content with guidance from firm staff.
- Maintain the updating and organization of resumes, images, and project sheets.
- Collect and help studio manager maintain as current, all project, client, and subconsultant data in firm database.
- Perform other related duties to support marketing, business development efforts, and studio management as required.
Requirements:
- Strong Interest in architecture, design, cities and communities
- Experience in a comparable work setting is preferred, but open to receive interest from a range of candidates and experiences.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Strong organizational and management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills w/ attention to detail.
- Experience with Adobe programs including InDesign is a plus.
