Award winning AM Law firm seeks a Business Development Coordinator to support business development and visibility initiatives for assigned practices and lawyers. Collaborating within a team framework, this position will closely partner with the client development manager to drive the growth of our business through strategic marketing initiatives.
The Business Development Coordinator will take charge of developing and maintaining collateral materials, crafting bespoke pitch documents, standardized pitch decks, opportunity-ready deal lists, and other relevant content. Working alongside the client development manager, this role will lead visibility and client relationship management efforts, encompassing conferences, sponsorships, and client-facing events. Additionally, collaboration with the broader client development team will involve providing input and support on team infrastructure and broader department projects.

Responsibilities:
Provide support for the development and marketing efforts of assigned practices and/or regions, aligning with individual partner business objectives.
Spearhead the creation and upkeep of collateral materials, including bespoke pitch documents, standardized pitch decks, opportunity-ready deal lists, and other relevant content.
Support visibility initiatives for practices and individual lawyers, encompassing conferences, sponsorships, professional association memberships, speaking opportunities, and other relevant activities.
Offer guidance and support for client relationship activities, including events, relationship reviews, opportunity spotting, and related efforts.
Collaborate with the client development manager and the market intelligence team on client targeting efforts and research reports, supporting both individual pitches and strategic projects within practice areas.
Work with the CRM team and Business Intelligence team to ensure the maintenance of high-quality client data for relevant deliverables.
Actively contribute to the development and advancement of client development specialists and coordinators.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Specialists require 1-3+ years of experience in law firm setting.
Experience in creating and developing business pitches or learning programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM systems(InterAction or Salesforce) and Proposal platforms(Foundation or PitchBook) is preferred.
