Marketing Analyst draws simplified learnings out of complex data from multiple sources. You will be responsible for tracking marketing spending, KPI's, and identifying customer insights through multiple sources to identify opportunities to drive business results.
Essential Functions Leverage all available data to identify insights around identified business trends and customer profile/segmentation behaviors Understanding of datasets/databases and partner closely with business analytics and IT data teams to identify new data sources or tools Identify marketing and business level opportunities based on learnings and insights Create and distribute marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPI) and trends in network performance by campaign or initiative Provide post event/launch learnings Simplify findings into summaries and visuals that provide high-level insights for executive updates Manage relationships with external marketing analytics vendors Monitor competitive data and activity across available sources and identify trends and opportunities Collect and summarize relevant industry insights from public sources Provide ad hoc reporting as requested Education, Experience, and Skills Required Bachelor's degree in relevant field 2-3 years' experience in data analytics or related field Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Familiar with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus Strong analytics skills with an understanding of Google Analytics, web, and CRM analytics Organized with self-initiative and passion to explore data for additional learnings Outstanding communication skills (both oral and written) coupled with the ability to articulate clearly Strong ability to build relationships/excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-directed with the ability to exercise independent judgment Occasional travel may be required Massage Envy Franchise LLC Benefits Hybrid work model, flexible work from home options available In addition to a great work environment, Massage Envy Franchise LLC offers Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits.?
