Job Description Joining the?Emerging Brands team as a Marketing Analyst will deliver the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the newest brands added to the Jack Links Protein Snacks portfolio.? Be part of a team that is pushing the boundaries and reimagining categories.
The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of marketing data (Nielsen, Mintel, etc.), including sales figures, consumer demographics, market trends, and competitor performance, to identify opportunities, build recommendations, and more.
Contracts & Invoices: Own the contract and invoicing process for all partnerships across Emerging Brands. Managing the intake, signature process, and PO process to ensure timely setup, and payments. 
Reporting and Presentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations for marketing strategies and initiatives, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Team Support: Support the Emerging Brands team on various brand and marketing related needs. This could include aiding in experiential marketing, traveling to trade shows with the team, and more.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for growth both in and outside of our core categories.
Ecommerce Support: Audit and create recommendations for improving our ecommerce channels based on past performance and industry development. This may include email marketing, DTC sales data, campaign performance, etc.
Qualifications Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or related field, or equivalent Required Experience: 
1+???? years of experience as a marketing analyst Minimum of 1 year experience working in Nielsen/IRI syndicated data Analytic horsepower with a relentless orientation on results, and the capacity to respond quickly to changing marketplace dynamics Experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams in conversations and in presentations Resilient problem solver Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to lead programs, analyze data and drive results in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment  Familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of leadership and Team Members Utilize Excel & PowerPoint to analyze and present data and recommendations in a persuasive and impactful way Present recommendations in a concise, persuasive manner, both written and verbal, to all levels of employees, trade partners, customers and suppliers Tenacious, resourceful, determined; overcomes obstacles and operates with urgency Must be willing to roll up your sleeves, learn new skills, and wear multiple hats as an intrapreneur. Driven to build and willing to pivot in a rapidly changing environment Highly organized with strong on time management and meeting deadline skills  Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking  Highly creative with ability to think out of the box  Preferred Experience
