Responsibilities
• Provide overall support to the marketing department• Manage deadlines of marketing activities at marketing led events and assist with execution• Manage marketing tracking sheets and update marketing managers and digital team on deadlines• Assist with proofing of marketing/sales support materials, presentations, and website content• Support the Marketing Coordinator for Sales Led/Regional Meeting needs• Manage communication with distributors for marketing/product launches• Coordinate with corporate accounts, shelters, and distributor marketing• Establish and maintain positive relationships with sponsorship organizers, vendors, and third-party providers• Manage inventory and storage maintenance of marketing materials• Manage literature, sample, and asset management for tradeshow meetings• Create purchase orders and code invoices• Track marketing sponsorship spend at events• Build a working knowledge of products and processes• Work cross-functionally with other Dechra Teams• Undertake other projects as assigned• Attend meetings as needed• Other tasks assigned as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree• 1-3 years professional experience in marketing or a related field• Proficiency in MS office with the aptitude to learn new software and systems• Marketing administration experience• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Up to 40% travel may be required
