Marketing Accounting Specialist Location Sandy, UT : To coordinate and monitor production activities related to marketing budget, project management, automation and demand generation activities that allow the marketing department operate efficiently creating positive customer satisfaction. LOCATION Mountain America Center

SCHEDULE Full-Time
To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty successfully.
Supervise Marketing Department budget allocation and tracking system (Allocadia) to assist in more accurate budget planning, efficient allocation and timely payment. Completes monthly accounting requirements to allocate cost to the appropriate Corporate GL accounts. Marketing Department expense report submission and tracking Develop ad-hoc reports using Excel or Good Data BI to trouble shoot and maintain budget balance and visibility. Supervise the Marketing Project Tracking system, which tracks project objectives, production, and results measurement. Develop ad-hoc reports using Excel or Good Data BI to trouble shoot and maintain project management timelines, productivity and resource utilization. Develop weekly and monthly Marketing budget and project update reports, which is a critical factor to Marketing's overall communication success. Assists in development of marketing automation plans. Focusing on the Credit Unions demand generations efforts related to product and service growth Develops, implements, and tests email campaigns and programs in Eloqua that target all stages of the marketing/sales lifecycle Defines, implements and maintains marketing automation best practices including list management, optimization, data quality and troubleshooting Designs and edits emails using HTML Documents all marketing automation and demand generation data sources, data integrations, programs and processes. Analyze marketing operations reports for issue correction and process optimization. Project management as requested. Performs other duties as assigned. Experience: Five years of similar or related experience.
Education: Four-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or equivalent
Licenses, Certificates, Registrations- n/a
Managerial Responsibility: Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
Computer/Office Equipment Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel. Microsoft project and or other project tracking software. Basic understanding of relational databases, table structure, report generation and cleanup. Strong technical aptitude.
Other Skills and Abilities Excellent organizational skills, plus the ability to influence peers. Excellent customer service, telephone skills and communication skills, including grammatical, spelling and editing proficiency. Computer proficiency, including familiarity with multiple and specialized software applications a must. Demonstrates high level of accuracy and is experienced in identifying errors and demonstrates good problem solving skills. Understanding of MACU budget and accounts payable process.

WORKING CONDITIONS Environmental: Office Type conditions, indoors.
Noise Environment: Moderate noise such as in a business office with equipment and light traffic.
Physical Demands: Requires frequent Standing, Walking, Sitting, Using hands to handle or feel, Reaching with hands and arms, Talks and hears. Occasionally climbs, kneels or crawls.
Vision Requirements: Requires Close, Distance, color, Peripheral and Depth perception vision as well as the ability to focus.
Weight Lifted or Force Exerted: Frequently lifts up to 25 lbs, occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
