• Facilitating customer transactions and referral of products• Actively promoting banking solutions to enhance customer experience• Assisting with operational activities and responsibilities• Traveling to various financial centers as assigned• Assisting clients with teller transactions accurately and following bank policy• Referring products and services at the Financial Center• Building relationships with customers to offer appropriate products/services• Managing risk and maintaining compliance with regulations and procedures• Using digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)• 6 to 12 months customer service experience (Required)• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred)
